This person is performing on-the go supply chain duties while keeping employees engaged and safe. Luckily, this company is adding quite a bit of business and keeping busy - now they are looking for an HVAC/Refrigeration/Plumbing or Construction warehouse manager to be able to keep up in the fast-paced environment and watch the growth. We are looking for strong warehouse supervisors with at least 4 years of experience managing a supply chain team. Responsibilities: Overseeing construction related tasks such as shipping/receiving, inventory, parts, operations, safety policies, service, warehouse and more Assign day-to-day operations of the warehouse staff Work with vendors to complete maintenance contracts Manage vehicle fleet and inventory control Work with safety coordinator to meet OSHA standards Audit warehouse logs and schedules Training and development Safety meetings Update to department supervisors on projects schedule Requirements: Highschool diploma or equivalent 4 years of managing warehouse experience (logistics, distribution or inventory) Forklift certification or additional machinery certificate preferred If you still have about 2 years of experience, please apply today!
