ASAP Available Shifts: M-F Pay Rate: $ - $ Pediatricians seeking
meaningful clinical work with balance and long-term impact will
find a strong fit in this outpatient pediatrics opportunity at a
newly developed community clinic in northern Arizona. Join a
well-established pediatric team supported by a regional health
system known for culturally responsive care and deep community
engagement. This role can be fully outpatient, with no call
requirement but also allows the option to rotate inpatient coverage
if desired. Clinic schedules offer flexibility with four- or
five-day workweeks, allowing you to shape your practice around both
professional goals and personal priorities. Physicians are
supported by experienced clinical staff, specialty tele-support,
and opportunities to contribute to teaching and leadership
initiatives as the clinic ramps up. Opportunity Highlights 4-day
