About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Mindlance
Health to find a qualified Other RN in Phoenix, Arizona, 85016! ID:
75607376 Shift: AM 8 Hrs Description: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. Float
to Main campus as well Rosenberg location (Main CampuCOVID-19
vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will
be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must
be received and approved by Phoenix Children s prior to starting.
Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required
to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask
during the respiratory virus season.Requirements Two year (ADN)
degree in nursing, a four year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a
Diploma Nursing degree. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or currently
enrolled in an RN to BSN program. Preferred Pediatric experience.
Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact
state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish
licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. Current BLS
certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart
Association. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Pediatric
Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS)
certification may be required within 90 days of entry into the
