This position offers a balanced mix of minimally invasive procedures and complex spine reconstructions, supported by a fully integrated care model. Surgeons in this practice benefit from autonomy in clinical decision-making, on-site diagnostic resources, and a strong referral network—without the operational restrictions often found in hospital-owned settings.
