Assistant As a Physician Assistant at Comprehensive Interventional
Care Centers, you will become an essential part of our dynamic
team, driving patient care excellence. This advanced practice
provider role offers a thrilling opportunity to operate
independently within the PA scope of practice while managing a
diverse daily patient schedule. You will facilitate and document
new patient consultations, oversee follow-up appointments, and
order essential diagnostic and therapeutic testing. With a focus on
both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities,
you'll create comprehensive care plans for illness management and
disease prevention. Your ability to effectively communicate with
patients and their families is paramount, ensuring a supportive
environment throughout their healthcare journey. With a supervisory
agreement in place with a Medical Provider, you will enjoy the
autonomy necessary to foster positive patient outcomes and
experiences, all while being well-versed in the innovative

essential. A Master of Science in Health Sciences for Physician
Assistants and a valid Physician Assistant licensure are
foundational qualifications. Proficiency in EMR technology is

team environment. Additionally, being BLS/ACLS certified and
compliant with CME training ensures you deliver safe, high-quality
care. Strong analytical skills will allow you to analyze test data
and determine appropriate next steps in patient care. You will also
conduct thorough patient screenings, history, and physical
examinations, referring patients as needed for further evaluation.
Communication is key, as you'll serve as an invaluable resource for
patients seeking care information and guidance. Lastly, familiarity
with using various medical equipment and software, including
Microsoft Office, will enhance your efficiency and productivity in
this critical role. Knowledge and skills required for the position
are: Master of Science in Health Sciences for Physician Assistants
Valid Physician Assistant licensure Fluid in EMR technology Ability
to work within a team environment Able to collaborate with practice
Providers BLS/ACLS certification Practice compliance with all CME
training requirements Perform initial patient screenings and
patient history and physical examinations When indicated refer
patients for diagnostic evaluation and treatment Update patients
records and checks records for accuracy at each patient appointment
Analyze test data and determine the next step in the care plan
Serves as the resource's patients need for care information
counseling and provides guidance. Equipment Focus: Utilizes and
operates equipment and mechanical devices appropriate for the
position, customer population, and department services including
computers EMR and Microsoft Office competency Proficiency in phone,
