Real Estate Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You'll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Responsibilities:

Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
--- Communicates effectively
--- Prospect for new clients on a daily basis (min 5 hours/day)
--- Make 50+ new contacts per day
--- Manage contact database system with aggressive follow up
--- Set Listing and Buyer Appointments for salespeople
--- Practice, memorize and internalizes scripts
--- Create a sense of comfort and familiarity with leads/clients and is able to build rapport
--- Excellent organizational and time management skills
--- Results-oriented and high achiever
--- Strong understanding of computers, spreadsheets and navigating the Internet
--- Set personal goals, track progress/sales metrics, and attend weekly accountability meetings
--- Have a positive attitude and be a productive member of team

Qualifications:

Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
--- Active Arizona Real Estate License Required
--- Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
--- +1 year of real estate experience
--- Outbound sales experience strongly preferred but not required
--- Friendly and personable
--- Extremely strong and comfortable with outbound telemarketing
--- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
--- Be a team player who thrives on and truly enjoys working with a team
--- Proficient with Google Email and other technology platforms
