Job Description:
Capital Canyon Club is excited to announce a part-time
opportunity to join our Building Maintenance Staff. Qualified
candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly
focused on providing superior service to this Troon managed Club
and its members.
Key Responsibilities of the Building Maintenance Staff:
-Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the
operation including but not limited to: minor electrical,
mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and
grounds.
-Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility
including but not limited to: emptying trashcans, sweeping
walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
-Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior of the facility
including but not limited to: cleaning windows, stocking supplies,
monitoring cleanliness of entire building, painting, drywall
repairs.
-General pool maintenance including power washing pool deck,
emptying trash, maintaining restroom cleanliness.
-Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
-Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications for the Building Maintenance Staff:
-Associates degree or two years of related experience associated
with Building maintenance.
Other Qualifications:
-Regular and reliable attendance.
Compensation: $16 to $18 an hour based on experience.
