Job Description:

Kforce has a client in Prescott, AZ that is seeking an Equipment Technician. Under minimal supervision, the Equipment Technician leads and participates in a wide variety of advanced skilled (journey-level) duties in the installation, modification, design, maintenance, and repair of silicon wafer reclaim and facility equipment/machinery. Responsibilities:

Advanced troubleshooting and repair of production and facilities equipment
The Equipment Technician will lead, mentor, and train junior technicians/co-workers
Participation in Emergency Response Team (ERT) required
Answer complex maintenance requests, ability to delegate simpler tasks to junior technicians
Educate co-workers and operators on proper care of equipment
The Equipment Technician will take an active role in motivating, leading and sharing knowledge with junior technicians
Must follow all Safety, Health and Environmental procedures and policies
