Job Description:

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented TIG Welder for a client in Phoenix, Arizona. The client manufactures custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

As a TIG Welder, you will work primarily with stainless steel and galvanized materials, ensuring high-quality welds that meet our specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and galvanized materials according to project specifications.


Follow welding instructions, blueprints, and other technical guidance to ensure accurate welds.


Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure quality and consistency.


Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.


Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.



Requirements:

1-3 years experience in TIG welding, particularly with stainless steel and galvanized materials.


Ability to pass a tape measure test.


Successful completion of a welding test to demonstrate skill and accuracy.


Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.


Must pass a background check and drug screen.



Job Title: Entry-Level TIG Welder- 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $22-$24/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30AM-2:00PM (must be available some Saturdays)
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
