Job Description:Supplemental Health Care is hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to work at a partnering school district in Phoenix, Arizona. • $37 - $40 per hour
• 41-week contracts
• Work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement the therapy treatment program aligned to student goals
• Collect therapy data and monitor progress toward student goals
• Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
• Assigned schools may include various grade levels

    • Arizona COTA License
    • American Heart Associaiton BLS
