Job Summary The Nutrition Services Aide supports the vision of the Total Healing Environment and the values of respect, integrity, accountability, commitment and quality by being responsible for the preparation and service of foods and beverages. Takes customer orders, portions, grills, prepares beverages and cashiers. Assembles food trays and delivers them to patient rooms. Cleans and sanitizes dishes, equipment and the department using established procedures. Job Qualifications Required Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of all major kitchen equipment including use, care and sanitation
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to make simple mathematical calculations
• Yavapai County or other AZ County Food Worker OR ANSI approved Food Handler OR Professional Food Manager certificate within 30 days of employment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School graduate or GED
