Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a skilled Supply Chain
Logistics Manager to join our dedicated team in optimizing our
supply chain operations and logistics to enhance our efficiency and
customer satisfaction. Founded in 1922, Shamrock Foods Company is a
trusted family-owned distributor, known for delivering exceptional
food products and supplies. The successful candidate will oversee
our entire logistics operations, ensuring seamless processes from
procurement to delivery, managing budgets, and improving our
overall supply chain system. Develop effective supply chain models
to optimize efficiency and minimize costs. Implement strategic
plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of
operations. Manage logistics personnel and logistics systems.
Negotiate with suppliers and customers to improve supply chain
efficiency. Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to
find bottlenecks and other issues. Ensure all compliance standards
related to logistics and supply chain are met. Coordinate and
monitor supply chain operations. Measure and report on supply chain
performance. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in database
management and supply chain management software Advanced analytical
and problem-solving skills Ability to manage logistics of all
aspects of supply chain Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Supply Chain Professional
(CSCP) Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
