Job Description Job Description Job Title: Inventory Warehouse Specialist Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to perform activities related to receiving, shipping, and inventory control. This role involves packaging, crating, bundling, and preparing products for shipment and receiving. The successful candidate will work towards becoming a lead in the inventory department. Responsibilities Support receiving and shipping operations. Manage inventory control activities. Package, crate, and bundle products for shipment. Operate banding and stretch wrap machines. Use RF scanners for inventory management. Work in breakdown areas for inbound operations and active picking areas for outbound operations. Essential Skills Experience in shipping and receiving. Proficient in inventory management and material handling. Skilled in using RF scanners and packaging equipment. Capability to lead warehouse activities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Attention to detail is crucial. Previous experience in warehouse, cycle counting, or inventory is advantageous. Physical ability to handle materials and operate warehouse equipment. Capability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper techniques. Comfortable with heights when operating a reach truck. Work Environment Work in a climate-controlled warehouse. The primary work schedule is Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a potential future schedule of 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Ideal candidates should be open to both schedules, with a preference for the 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM shift initially. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goodyear, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
