Whether you come from a background as a private practitioner, public defender, or prosecutor - or you're an out-of-state litigator with trial chops - we want to hear from you.
  What You'll Receive:
  Starting Compensation: From $175,000/year - or more, depending on experience
  Bonus Structure: Average $12,000/year bonus + 20% of fees from personal referrals

  - Arizona criminal law experience preferred (but not required)
  - Licensed attorney with courtroom readiness
  - Strong jury trial, oral advocacy, and legal writing skills
  - High level of preparation, professionalism, and resilience
  - No remote work - this is an in-office, litigation-first role
  - Cover letter required with resume submission
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: From $175,000/year + bonuses and referral compensation
  Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
