Job Description:

Position available for Technical Support Advisor to provide telephone support to RDL system designers, integrators and installers. Field experience with RDL modules and a broad range of AV industry products is an important qualification for this position. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced, advanced installers to translate physical work doing field installations into an office-based position. Knowledge of network-based audio systems that use DSP controllers and Dante endpoints is required. Technical Support Advisors assist RDL customers to find unique and effective solutions from the wide array of RDL products. They participate in the preparation of active RDL trade show displays, occasionally represent RDL in trade show booths, and test possible application solutions. The creation of application notes and RDL blog posts originate with the technical support staff. This is a full-time position at the RDL factory in Prescott, Arizona.
Work hours8 am to 5 pm / 1 Hour Lunch / Monday through Friday
