Job Description:
Job Summary The Human Resources Business Partner I (HRBP) ,
reporting to the Director of Human Resources at Summit Healthcare
is a strategic influencing role responsible for aligning talent
management and business solutions with the organization's goals .
This position serves as a primary advisor to business leaders on
critical issues such as employee engagement, retention, and overall
business performance. E ssential Functions In partnership and
collaboration the Director of HR and Executive Leadership Team
alignment: · Strategic Advisory : Partner with leadership to drive
business solutions and strategies that align with Summit
Healthcare’s mission and values. · Talent Management : Lead
succession planning, strategic workforce modeling, organizational
design and leadership development to build team capabilities. ·
Culture & Engagement : Collaborate and execute initiatives to
enhance workplace culture, employee retention, and high-performance
team building. · Data-Driven Solutions : Leverage HR metrics and
analytics to identify trends and develop data-backed
recommendations for leadership. · Integration Support : Collaborate
on HR strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and system
integrations. Other Duties · Champion system wide HR projects. ·
Prepare presentations for teams. · Participates in departmental and
association wide informational meetings and inservices, including
staff meetings, association wide forums, and seminars. · Duties,
responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be
assigned at any time with or without notice. Abilities ·

occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a

usually requires walking or standing to a significant degree.
Worker is exposed to extensive computer work. Required Education
and Experience · Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human
Resources Management, or a related field · Experience : Typically
requires 3–5 years of progressively responsible HR management
experience. Prefered Education and Experience · Certifications :
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or PHR is highly
preferred. · Prior Healthcare Industry Experience Preferred . ·
Prior experience in ADHS and Joint Commission Surveys is highly
desired .
