This role is ideal for a proven leader who excels in operations, team development, and maintaining high standards across multiple locations. What You Will Do Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple early learning centers Support and coach Center Directors to ensure strong performance and compliance Monitor staffing, scheduling, enrollment, and labor management Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety requirements Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and professional development initiatives Support tours, enrollment strategies, and family engagement when needed Analyze center performance metrics and implement improvement plans Arizona Requirements Experience in a multi site leadership role within early childhood education Strong understanding of Arizona licensing and compliance standards Valid fingerprint clearance card required CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain What We Are Looking For Proven experience managing multiple locations or large teams Strong leadership, organizational, and decision making skills Excellent communication and relationship building abilities Ability to travel between centers as needed Passion for early childhood education and operational excellence Why You Will Love TLE Arizona Leadership role with impact across multiple centers Supportive executive team and collaborative culture Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity for long term growth within the organization
