This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with candidates, and can manage multiple roles and priorities with professionalism and ease. You'll play a key role in sourcing talent, guiding candidates through the interview process, and helping us build a strong, engaged workforce. Key Responsibilities Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking Review resumes and applications to identify strong matches Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking systems Assist with posting job ads and maintaining a positive employer brand Support onboarding processes when needed Qualifications 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (in-house or agency) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once Experience with ATS platforms Self-starter attitude and comfort working independently in a hybrid/remote setting Strong organizational skills and attention to detail What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule (20-25 hrs/week) Hybrid/remote work environment Supportive team culture and opportunities for growth 3069SE Express Office: Phoenix (Southeast) 4501 East Thomas Road 106 Phoenix, AZ 85018
