Our Bartender's play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by skillfully preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment. This position requires maintaining a clean and organized bar area while efficiently managing multiple orders to ensure timely service. The Bartender must engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Physical stamina is essential, as the role involves standing for extended periods and handling heavy lifting. Ultimately, the Bartender contributes to the overall atmosphere and success of the establishment by combining technical bartending skills with outstanding guest service. Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within a hospitality environment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as required in extreme weather conditions. Strong guest service skills with a professional and well-groomed appearance. Reliable attendance and punctuality to meet scheduled shifts consistently. Current AZ Title IV Certification in responsible alcohol service. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures. Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team environment. Previous experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting. Must be able to work variety of shifts including holidays and weekends.
