Position Summary As a Line Cook at Casa 16, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation while upholding the quality and consistency our guests expect. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients. Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the kitchen manager. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service. Follow all kitchen procedures and safety protocols to create a safe working environment. Required Skills and Qualifications 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
