Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Job Description:

Work Dates Needed: August 1, 2026 - August . Facility will accept providers who just want to commit to a minimum of 6 months.
Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. OT beyond 5pm as needed for patient are needs. Typically not to exceed 2 additional hours/day.
Worksite Setting: Outpatient/Walk-In Clinic
Scope of Work: FM/IM provider needed for regular FM care. Flexible rotation into Teen Clinic and/or UC as directed. Alternate site coverage possible in emergencies (same hourly rate)
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS, Any state medical license and DEA, ABFM or ABIM. Minimum 6 months experience in FP or IM w/no lapse in practice. Proficient with EHR systems. Fingerprinting and security clearance.
