Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Chino Valley, Arizona.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular
• After-hours Outpatient Call (by telephone only) is minimal (3-4 weeks/year)
• Outpatient: 36 patient-facing hours/week with scheduled patients and 4 hours per week dedicated administrative time
• Average 18-22 patients per day on 8-hour outpatient days
• Great MA support

You will provide healthcare to patients acting as an advanced practice provider following established standards and practices and comprehensive medical care to patients including, evaluation, monitoring, diagnostics, therapeutics, counseling and referrals. You will play an integral role in the delivery of all practice services.

• Graduate of an accredited program with a Master's degree in Nursing.
• Compact state or Arizona RN license.
• Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license.
• National Certificate as a nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Valid DEA registration.
• BLS certification required.
