Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Show Low, AZ Agency: Generis Tek Inc Pay: $1,400 to $1,880 per week Shift Information: Nights Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: L&D Registered Nurse Location: Show Low, AZ (low income tax state) Available Shifts: Days and Nights available Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs throughout labor and delivery Assess labor progress and identify complications or emergencies Administer medications, IV fluids, and pain management (e.g., epidurals) Assist physicians or midwives during normal delivery and cesarean sections Provide continuous emotional support and coaching during labor Educate patients and families about childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care Perform admission assessments and document patient history Care for mothers and newborns in the immediate postpartum period Maintain accurate patient records and charting Respond quickly to obstetric emergencies (e.g., fetal distress, hemorrhage) Admit and prepare patients for labor and delivery Monitor contractions and fetal heart rate Assist with labor-inducing procedures Prepare delivery rooms and ensure equipment readiness Support newborn immediately after birth (initial assessment, stabilization) Communicate patient status with doctors and healthcare team Requirements ACLS required BLS required NRP required Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring required Two years of relevant experience is required C-section experience required Benefits Benefits will be discussed during the interviewing process
