Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Travel MedSurg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team in
Show Low, Arizona. The Travel MedSurg RN will work in a fast-paced
environment, providing top-notch care and support in
medical-surgical settings, ensuring patient safety and facilitating
optimal recovery. This position requires adaptability to varying
healthcare settings and the ability to work collaboratively with
other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for
patients. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to
patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients'
conditions. Administer prescribed medications, make sure patients
take their medicine, and record patients’ medical information
accurately. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of
patient care and procedures. Assist in surgery and other medical
procedures. Prepare patients for, and assist with examinations or
treatments. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Proficient
in using medical software and electronic health records Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently
under pressure Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or a compact
state license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
