Physical Therapist Location: Cottonwood, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,408 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Acute Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required License: Current license in the state of Arizona required Certifications: BLS certification required; AZ fingerprint clearance card required Must-Have: Candidates must have a current Arizona PT license in hand. Description: This role is for a Physical Therapist in an acute care setting. The schedule consists of 4 ten-hour shifts, requiring work on a weekend day. The average daily census is approximately 11 patients. The preferred candidate will be a generalist who is confident with medical diagnoses. Candidates should be able to manage moderate to maximum assistance patients. Experience with co-treatments and working with ventilated patients is preferred. Candidates must be able to pivot easily and pick up additional evaluations throughout the day. The department operates seven days a week, and weekend availability is necessary. Candidates may be asked to float to surrounding clinics as needed. Familiarity with charting systems is crucial for this position. Clinical skills in cardiopulmonary, neurology, and orthopedics among others are important. Candidates should possess skills in discharge evaluations, plan of care, and patient education. The ability to manage patient mobility and provide appropriate interventions is essential. Candidates must have experience working with adults and geriatric populations. Travel experience is a plus but not required. Candidates need to complete any required background checks and compliance documentation.
