Position Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist
Assistant. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or
illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active
under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply today

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational
program. Active AZ State PTA license is required to start the
assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior
to start. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or
long-term care setting preferred. Experience with common SNF
equipment and procedures preferred, including therapeutic exercise
programs, gait training, transfers and mobility devices, and
restorative care documentation. Ability to meet productivity
expectations as required by the facility. Net Health/Rehab Optima
will accept COVID exemptions; a current resume is required to
submit for credentialing and review. Assignment Details Facility
