Physical Therapist Location: Cottonwood, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,648 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: State license or Compact license required upon submission Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Manual Therapy - Dry Needling - Wound Care Description: The position is for an Outpatient Physical Therapist. Work schedule is Monday through Friday. Daily patient load is 11 patients. Orientation consists of 12 hours. Candidate must have a state license or a Compact license upon submission. BLS certification is required. On-call duties are not required. Floating to surrounding outpatient clinics may be necessary. Blocked scheduling is not applicable. Locals are not accepted. The facility allows for a maximum of 6 call-offs throughout the assignment. The clinic is hospital-based and supports various specializations including orthopedics, geriatrics, cardiopulmonary, neurological, lymphedema, and pelvic health. All employees are expected to maintain quality and patient safety standards. A varied range of skills and therapeutic techniques is required, including but not limited to, wound care and myofascial release. Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Candidates may float between hospitals or to nearby affiliate facilities based on skill set and census needs. Candidates must be comfortable with floating and have no restrictions or special requests in this regard. Two professional references are required prior to start.
