Job Description Join a physician-owned group in Phoenix, Arizona, providing high-quality inpatient medical care to obstetric and gynecological patients. We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist/Laborist to manage labor and delivery while providing exceptional patient care. Hospital based position. Position Highlights: Physician-Owned Group with a Collaborative Team Environment Hospital based 6-7 shifts per month 24 hour shifts Access to all hospital support staff including: Specialists, APPs, RNs and ancillary birthing services Flexible schedule and shift structure to allow for consecutive days off Physician Centric Leadership Culture empowering physician autonomy over their own practice Inpatient Hospital Care Focus : Labor & Delivery Vaginal Deliveries & Cesarean Sections Postpartum & Newborn Care Competitive Compensation & Incentives: Base Salary $280k - $315k per year ($140 - $150 per hour w/ ability to pick up additional shifts) $25k Sign-On bonus $10K Relocation Stipend 401(k) with Company Match PTO & Full Healthcare Benefits Why Join Us?
