Failure results in DNU for CS AZ & Sacramento for 6 months./n/nRadius Rule:/n/n50 miles from facility/n/nCannot be FT/PT/PRN with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity in the past year/n/nCannot have worked perm at any CommonSpirit facility in the last 12 months/n/nUnit: Multi Care Unit (ICU/PCU/MST combined)/n/nBeds: 10/n/nRatios: ICU 1:2 | PCU 1:4 | MST 1:5–6/n/nCertifications: BLS, ACLS/n/nCommon Cases:/nSepsis, COPD, respiratory arrest, pneumonia, COVID, DKA, substance withdrawal, suicide attempts, abnormal BP/HR, post-op complications./n/nExperience:/n/n2 years ICU preferred/n/nOr 1 year ICU 1 year PCU/Med-Surg in large facility with strong skills/n/nSkills:/n/nTitrate drips (sedation, vasopressors, insulin)/n/nRead tele strips & perform 12-lead EKG/n/nUnit Info:/n/nCharge RN oversees 50 inpatient beds (MST, PEDS, MCU)/n/nNAs handle 10–15 patients; if none, RN takes 3 primary care patients/n/nRT support for vents, CPAP, BiPAP/n/nRemote monitor techs for PCU/MST/n/nSchedule:/n/n12-hr shifts: 0700–1930 / 1900–0730/n/nWeekend: Every other/n/nHoliday: Rotational/n/nFloating:/n/nAdult MST & Pediatric unit (adult assignments)/n/nWest Campus (Prescott) ICU/PCU if needed (2-hour notice)/n/nOther:/n/nScrubs: Any color except camouflage/n/nStandby: Possible if low census/n/nOrientation: Hospital Unit orientation.
