Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse)

experience required, preferably in a large Level 1 Trauma center.
License: Valid nursing license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Must-Have: - Level 1 trauma experience - Experience with external
ventricular devices (EVD) - Strong neuro assessment skills - ICP
monitoring experience Description: This position requires a
Registered Nurse in the Neuro ICU. The candidate will be expected
to manage critical care patients with neurological diagnoses.
Familiarity with procedures such as craniotomies, brain tumor
removals, and spinal surgeries is required. Candidates must
demonstrate competency in sterile field management, Foley catheter
insertion, and central line dressing changes. All RNs will
participate in an educational program to review lifts, restraints,
and wound care, which may differ by facility. Nurses will float
between ICU floors and Tele Units as needed. The nurse-patient
ratio is 1:2 in the ICU setting, with a potential patient load of
4:1 on Tele units. The facility operates with pharmacy and
respiratory therapy available 24/7. All candidates must have
experience with high-acuity patients and maintain a strong
