About the Clinician‘s Workday This position involves providing comprehensive psychiatric care in a residential treatment setting with a 40-hour weekly commitment during day shift hours. The clinician will conduct daily psychiatric rounds, participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, perform psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care, manage patient medications, and deliver therapeutic interventions. Documentation of patient care and treatment plans is required, with no call responsibilities needed for this assignment.
