Job Description Join a thriving, physician-owned OB-GYN practice in Phoenix, Arizona! We are seeking a dedicated OBGYN Generalist to become part of our large physician owned group, offering comprehensive women's healthcare with full support staff and infrastructure. Position Highlights: Autonomy to Manage your Own Practice Physician Ownership/Partnership Options in Your Specific Office Options for Teaching, Mentorship and Collaboration Retention and Quality of Life Focused Culture Large Supportive Practice Setting Physician Lead Patient Care Approach APP, RN and CMA Support Staff 4 Call Shifts Per Month with Post-Call Day Off Dedicated Surgery Day: 1 per Week Clinic Days: 3-4 per Week Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: $275K - $350K Bonus on Collections in Year 2: $50K - $60K Partnership Earnings: Up to $700K with EBITDA sharing Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Stipend (Negotiable) Full Benefits Package: PTO, 401(k) with Company Match and Full Health Care Plans Responsibilities: Conduct gynecological examinations, screenings, and diagnostic testing Provide prenatal care and manage labor & delivery Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections Conduct GYN procedures, including: Colposcopy Hysterectomy Endometrial Biopsy Minimally Invasive Surgeries Why Join Us?
