Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Phoenix, AZ Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,651 to $1,845 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse), Med Surg City/State: Phoenix, Arizona Shift: 12H Nights, 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, holidays based on unit coverage Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 03/09/2026 Job Description: Seeking an experienced RN with strong Med Surg skills to join the Neuro Rehab unit. The role requires working night shifts and involves providing acute care in a rehabilitation setting, primarily for neuro patients. Responsibilities: Provide acute Med Surg care including IV therapy and wound management Participate in interdisciplinary team rounds Maintain a high level of communication and coordination with patients and families Requirements: Level 1 trauma experience required BLS Certification Must pass dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance Natural hair color, no facial piercings, men must be clean shaven Completion of SIMs Lab including Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part I Core Mandatory Part II (Nursing) Core Mandatory Part III
