Locum Tenens Infectious Disease Physician Location: Near Ash
Fork, Arizona We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated
Infectious Disease Physician for a locum tenens position in the
scenic region near Ash Fork, AZ. This is an ideal opportunity for a
physician looking to make a meaningful impact in patient care
within a respected medical facility. Position Details: Location:
Near Ash Fork, Arizona Contract Duration: July to November 2025
Number of Positions: 1 Schedule: Coverage: Scheduled Day Shifts, No
On-Call Duties Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
with a 1-hour lunch break Work Weeks: Weeks of July 28, August 18,
and August 25 No outpatient clinic responsibilities Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Disease Eligible
for licensure in the state of Arizona; willingness to obtain a
license if not already held Experience with Cerner Charting System
preferred DEA and CSR certification preferred This position offers
