working with Thrive Staffing to find a qualified OR RN in Tuba
City, Arizona, 86045! Job Title: Clinical Nurse – Perioperative
City/State: Tuba City, Arizona Shift: 10-hour shifts, 6:30am - 5pm,
4 days per week, plus on call Contract Length: 91 weeks Start Date:
03/23/2026 Job Description: The Clinical Nurse provides care for
the Perioperative Patient, encompassing assessment, formulation of
nursing diagnoses, planning interventions, and evaluation of
interventions per patient outcomes. The Operating Room clinical
nurse is expected to circulate in all specialty areas, including
Orthopedics, ENT, GYN/OB, General, Ophthalmology, and Dental.
Scrubbing experience is highly encouraged. Varied, odd hours may be
required when on call, as well as preparation for emergency cases
on short notice. Responsibilities: Provide nursing care for
perioperative patients. Circulate in all specialty areas as
required. Prepare for and respond to emergency cases. Requirements:
Valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License
to practice nursing in any U.S. state, the Commonwealth of Puerto
Rico, or a U.S. territory. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
from the American Heart Association. Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Pediatric
Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart
Association within six months of hire. National Institutes of
Health (NIHSS) stroke scale completion within six months of hire.
Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) by CCI within one year of
hire. Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) within two years of hire.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Two years of clinical
nurse and/or operating room practical experience. 5 Benefits of
