Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to
provide overnight in-home care for pediatric patients in the
Greater Phoenix area. This role is ideal for nurses who have a
heart for children and a commitment to delivering safe,
high-quality care in a home setting. Whether you’re experienced in

supportive and mission-driven team. Key Responsibilities Provide
one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes Follow
individualized care plans in collaboration with families, support
coordinators, and healthcare providers Administer medications,
monitor patient conditions, and maintain accurate clinical
documentation Educate families on managing their child’s medical
needs Adhere to Arizona state regulations and DNI clinical
standards Qualifications Active Arizona LPN or RN license Current
CPR certification Pediatric experience preferred, but not required;
comprehensive paid training is provided Strong communication,
critical thinking, and organizational skills Compassionate,
