Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Full Time Looking for flexibility and

About the Role: As a nurse at Dahlia Hospice, you'll deliver
patient-centered care based on physician orders, industry best
practices, and our heartfelt commitment to excellence. This is a
flexible opportunity for an LPN/LVN who wants to work in a
supportive environment with meaningful patient interactions. What
You'll Do: Provide direct care and comfort to patients with empathy
and professionalism Complete documentation promptly and submit it
to the EMR within 24 hours Assist with EOBs, consent forms, and
intake coordination Administer medications and treatments
accurately and safely Observe and report changes in patient status
to the RN case manager Supervise nursing assistants if applicable
(per state regulations) Stay current with best practices and

What You'll Need: A valid LPN/LVN license in the state 1–2 years of
nursing experience preferred (hospice or home health a plus) Valid
driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle Fire safety
