Job Description Job Description Description: Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year Job description: We are looking for a therapist to join our therapy team. Brighter Heights is a relatively small agency, with low turnover and a sincere commitment to our clients. Our entire agency is trauma trained and certified. We have gone through a three year process following the Sanctuary Model in order to achieve this. We have children and some adults on our waitlist and our new therapist must be comfortable with working with kids and teens. This hybrid role is based in Bangor= children will be seen in person in our office and other clients may be seen via telehealth. Clinicians must offer a trauma-focused approach, be compassionate, committed to client care, have high ethical standards and exercise thoughtful decision-making skills. We are a collaborative, team-oriented company that offers a supportive, inclusive environment and we provide strong supervision. Pay range is $60-62,000 with $2,000 bonus.
