Specialist to join its expanding team in Goodyear, AZ . Established

Reporting to the Director of Operations , the Hearing Instrument
Specialist is responsible for conducting diagnostic testing and
providing support to the on-site Audiologist in managing hearing
instruments. This role requires strong clinical knowledge,
excellent patient communication skills, and comfort working with
individuals across various age groups—children (5), adolescents,
adults, and older adults. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented,
adaptable, and committed to delivering an outstanding patient
experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform diagnostic
hearing assessments and assist the Audiologist with hearing
instrument fittings and follow-up care. Provide guidance and
support to patients regarding hearing instruments, maintenance, and
usage. Maintain professional and supportive interactions with
patients, families, vendors, and internal team members. Apply
working knowledge of the auditory system and auditory
rehabilitation techniques. Ensure accurate documentation and
adherence to clinical standards and organizational protocols. What
an ideal new team member looks like: Demonstrated working knowledge
of the auditory system and auditory rehabilitation. Flexible and
adaptable to operational changes and patient needs. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain
professionalism in a fast-paced clinical environment. Work
Environment Primary work setting is a general office environment.
Noise levels are consistent with standard office conditions.
Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb,
kneel, turn, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to grasp, push, and pull
objects such as files and cabinet drawers, and reach overhead.
Ability to operate standard office and clinical equipment,
including computers, printers, fax machines, and telephones.
Requires normal or correctable vision and hearing. Must be able to
accurately perform duties essential to the role. If you meet all of

Requirements High school diploma or GED Experience in conducting
hearing tests, assessments, and consultations with accuracy
Commitment to patient care and improving quality of life for
individuals with hearing conditions Prior experience in hearing
care or a related healthcare field is a plus
