care under the supervision of registered nurses. Administer
medications and monitor patient responses. Participate in ongoing
professional development and training. Assist in developing and
implementing patient care plans. Collaborate with healthcare team
members to optimize patient outcomes. Engage in performance
measurement and improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate patient
records and documentation. Educate patients and families on health
management and care procedures. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and standards. Monitor vital signs and report changes
to the healthcare team. Support a positive work environment through
teamwork and accountability. Assist with daily living activities
for patients as needed. Experience/Qualifications Valid LPN license
in the state of practice. Commitment to ongoing professional
development and training opportunities. Experience in a healthcare
setting, preferably in direct patient care. Strong understanding of
medication administration and patient monitoring. Ability to
collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Excellent documentation skills for maintaining accurate patient
records. Ability to monitor vital signs and recognize changes in
patient conditions. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and
compliance standards. Strong interpersonal skills to educate
patients and families effectively. Willingness to support daily
