Job Description Job Description Benefits: 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Training & development Employee discounts Location: Phoenix, AZ (inside Arizona Sunrays facilities) Pay: $45 $55 per hour (includes paid administrative time) Job Type: Part-time | Primarily evenings and weekends Benefits & Perks $45$55/hour with paid administrative time Flexible weekend and evening schedule Direct role in shaping and growing a new therapy program Supportive, family-centered environment Opportunities for professional development and long-term growth Discounted classes, camps, and events Responsibilities Provide high-quality speech therapy services to children and teens ages 118 Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Deliver engaging therapy sessions during evening and weekend hours Maintain accurate documentation using EMR technology Communicate progress and recommendations with parents/guardians Contribute to building and growing the new therapy program Requirements Current Arizona State Speech-Language Pathology License Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing professional development Multiple years of clinical experience with pediatric and adolescent populations Proficiency with EMR systems (Fusion or similar platforms) Passion for working with children, teens, and families Ability to work independently and support program development Availability for evenings and weekends About Arizona Sunrays Speech Therapy Arizona Sunrays is expanding its tradition of empowering families through fun, fitness, and development with Arizona Sunrays Speech Therapy.
