Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Operating Room Location: Phoenix, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,755 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVOR RN in Phoenix, Arizona, 85037! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 24 months current Cardiovascular Operating Room experience License: Active Arizona or Compact license Certifications: - Active American Heart Association ACLS - Active American Heart Association BLS - Active American Heart Association PALS - Flu vaccination Must-Have: - Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered. - Nursys cannot show any hits on the license at time of submission. - RTO will not be approved in the first week of the assignment or holidays. RTO should not exceed 7 days. Description: Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of current experience in the Cardiovascular Operating Room. Certifications must be from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross. Candidates are required to provide documentation of their flu vaccination status. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. It is essential to vet all locations and departments the candidate is willing to accept. All requests and notes must be accurate in the submission. This position requires the ability to work on weekends, with the schedule to be determined by the facility. Travel experience is preferred. All candidates must have an active Arizona or Compact nursing license.
