people heal. Roles & Responsibilities Deliver compassionate,
evidence-based nursing care to med/surg and acute care patients
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop and implement
individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments
safely per physician orders and hospital policy Monitor patients
closely, recognize changes in condition, and escalate concerns
promptly Collaborate actively with physicians, therapists, and the
interdisciplinary team to coordinate care Document assessments,
interventions, and patient responses accurately in the medical
record Provide patient and family education to support recovery and
safe transitions of care Adhere to infection control standards,
safety protocols, and facility policies at all times Qualifications
Current, full and unrestricted RN license to practice in any U.S.
state, territory, or Puerto Rico Minimum 2 years of nursing
experience in an acute or sub-acute care setting Current Basic Life
Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association Current Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
Complete Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) within six months
of hire National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
completion within six months of hire Ability to work independently
and follow physician orders, standards of care, and policies
Knowledge & Skills Clinical nursing skills in Med/Surg and acute
care environments Strong patient assessment and clinical
decision-making abilities Familiarity with emergency response and
acute stabilization Effective communication and teamwork across a
multidisciplinary care team Accurate clinical documentation and
comfort with electronic medical records Cultural sensitivity and
ability to provide respectful care in a diverse community Benefits
