Guidelines include physician's orders, standards of care, nursing policies and procedures manuals, and hospital policies. Nursing duties include support to individuals of all ages and their families. Requirements: Associate's or bachelor's degree in Nursing A valid, current, full, and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States Must maintain a current valid certification of Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association Complete Pediatric Trauma Care After Resuscitation (P-CAR) within 6 months of hire National Institutes of Health (NIH) Stroke Scale must be completed (within 6 months of hire) Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part I Core Mandatory Part II (Nursing) Core Mandatory Part III
