Job Description:
Gentle Dental is searching for a Part time Endodontist at our
Phoenix, Arizona practices. $25,000 signing bonus At Gentle Dental,

At Gentle Dental, we don’t just care for patients—we care for each
other. Position Details: - Flexible part-time for the right
candidate - Direct referrals from several General Dentists -
Predominantly PPO practice - Comprehensive dental office -
Compensation - 50% of production Schedule: - 2 days a month -
Additional days may be available in Prescott, Avondale and Surprise
Locations: 4550 E Bell Road, Bldg 8, Suite 178, Phoenix, AZ 85032

Qualifications: - Board Certified/ Board Eligible - 1 year of
experience preferred - Endodontic Residency Certificate -
Accredited Dental School Graduate - Current applicable State Dental
License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment) -
Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI We focus on a

teams. Education Preferred - Doctor of Dental Surgery or better -
