Position Overview The RN Nurse Manager is responsible for the direction and oversight of all nursing and patient care services within the facility. This individual provides leadership across units, ensures high-quality medical and nursing care, and supports both day-to-day operations and long-term planning initiatives. The Nurse Manager partners closely with providers and multidisciplinary teams to promote safe, effective, and compassionate care while maintaining compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
