About the role We’re looking for skilled, compassionate, and growth-minded clinicians to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to: Provide therapy in your specialty areas, or discover your specialty, whether that’s trauma, couples therapy, LGBTQ support, neurodivergence, eating disorders or more. Collaborate with a supportive and creative team of therapists who value mutual growth and innovation. Work in diverse settings—whether indoors, outdoors, with horses, or via telehealth—allowing you to tailor your approach to suit your clients’ needs. Focus on client care while our team takes care of billing, referrals, and administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will: Hold a valid Washington State license/associate license or be enrolled in a graduate school program and seeking an internship. Be available for at least 20 client sessions per week (FT), 15 client sessions (PT), or 12 client sessions per week as an intern. Have experience working with horses or a strong interest in learning more about equine-assisted therapy. Have an interest in leading groups, camps, and/or intensives.
