Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Tuba City, AZ Agency: Specialty Professional Services Pay: $2,557 to $2,691 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Our Client is currently seeking Case Management for positions in Tuba City, AZ for a 4x10 Rotating shift. The ideal candidate will possess a current AZ license or Compact license Depending on the state. You must have a License and at least 1 years of recent experience as a Case Management. Gross Pay Range > 2691.24 South or North of this range depending on your location from the Facility.
