a qualified Correctional RN in Phoenix, Arizona, 85027! Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Staff Augmentation
Duration: 21 Days Shift: Evening Hours per Shift: 10 Hours

practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona

preferred Description: Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 12:00 PM -
10:00 PM. This role includes evaluating and responding to youth
health concerns. The RN will advise youth regarding health
treatments and procedures. The responsibilities include obtaining
and processing blood, urine, or other sample specimens. Monitoring,
recording, and reporting changes in youth vitals or health
condition is essential. The RN will administer medications to youth
and observe for potential adverse medication reactions. Conducting
intake health screenings for newly incarcerated youth is required.
Direct patient and emergency care to youth will be provided, as
well as emergency care to staff when necessary. Consultation and
coordination of youth treatment plans with health services team
members will be part of the role. The RN will obtain and maintain
medical files and records. Ensuring medical supplies and equipment
are stocked and accounted for is necessary. Administering
vaccinations and assisting with annual tuberculosis (TB) skin tests
will be part of the duties. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
The position requires professional nursing methods and techniques.
