Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Phoenix, AZ Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,595 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Mindlance Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Phoenix, Arizona, 85016! ID: 73860831 Shift: NOC 12 Hrs Description: Critical Care Float PoolThis assignment will require floating to between CVICU, NICU, and PICUCOVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.Start Date 01/05/2025 End Date 03/28/2025.This assignment will float between our Main and Arrowhead Locations: Main Campus 1919 E Thomas Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85016 Arrowhead, 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308Days and Nights Available 7a 7p & 7p 7a Shift will be decided in the interview. Only RTO discussed in the interview will be pre-approved.Experience: 2 years experience as an RN in pediatric critical care. Level III or IV NICU hospital experience preferred. Children s hospital experience preferred.Education Requirements: Associate or bachelor s degree in nursing.Certification/License/Registry Requirements: Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association. Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
